LCI has developed a number of commercial software packages, which are designed to meet specific business needs for a multitude of clients. Below is a brief summary of each:



Visual Dispatch Information System (VDIS)

VDIS is a map based dispatching system designed to aid in the tactical placement of assets through a wide area. Our Oilfield Service version is used by companies such as Schlumberger and Halliburton to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their central dispatch operations.

The new Web version of VDIS can be used to keep management, sales and operations staff informed in real time, from anywhere in the world.

VDIS is marketed by C-TAP Corporation of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.



Liquor Store Point of Sale System (LCI Liquor Store)

The LCI Liquor Store is a windows based point of sale system designed specifically for liquor stores. This package can accommodate any size store from a single till to a chain of stores with multiple locations. LCI Liquor Store simplifies the sales process, while offering the most complete set of sales analysis reports available in a POS product.



Retail Point of Sale System (LCI POS)

The LCI POS is a windows based point of sale system designed specifically for retail stores.This package can accommodate any size store from a single till to a chain of stores with multiple locations. LCI Liquor Store simplifies the sales process, while offering the most complete set of sales analysis reports available in a POS product.



Sales and Service System (Sure Shop)

Sure Shop addresses the need of many small businesses.  Accounting packages are back-end driven, i.e. they account for what has already happened.  LCI realized the need for a software solution to manage the front-end aspects of their customers' businesses.  We developed Sure Shop to provide an efficient way for information to flow through day-to-day business.

Sure Shop offers tremendous flexibility in managing information for Inventory Management, Receiving, Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Job Costing and more.  Invoices are generated immediately upon completion of a Sales Order or Work Order -- the sooner your customer has the bill, the sooner it will be paid -- which adds up to $interest $earned.  Invoices are batched and sent electronically to your accounting software.



Spinal Cord Injury Case Management System (CMS)

CMS is used to provide assistance services to paraplegics, quadriplegics, and the like. The Canadian Paraplegic Association and LCI have jointly developed this product to assist counselors in working with spinal cord injury cases.  Management screens capture information on client demographics, services performed for clients, employment placements and education placements.

This product includes a powerful reporting component that offers tremendous flexibility in query criteria, and generates numerous statistics.
