Lugg Computing Inc. (LCI) has been operating since 1989, serving clients in the Oil & Gas, Health Care and many other industries. The main thrust of the business is creation and implementation of custom software packages, retrofit to meet specific needs of our clients.

LCI has been developing PC/LAN based software and has extensive experience in development and implementation of Global Dispatching Database systems, which are currently being used for central dispatch by some major Oilfield Service companies, including Schlumberger and Halliburton. LCI has kept up with the evolution of technology in the computer industry over the past decade. Our focus and efforts have shifted from stand-alone PC applications to multi-user DOS based systems, then Windows based multi-user network applications and finally large scale client-server, wide area and internet/intranet based systems.
